Meet ivi & cos

cos: we launched ivicos public beta as quick as possible to help knowledge workers, teams and consultants at home to get back to productivity. the access will remain free of charge until the end of 2020*. Not for profit organisations will continue to enjoy free access after the free public beta phase.

You entered your login credentials, clicked START but the same window appeared again? Most probably there was either a typo in your username, e-mail or password. It’s easy to find out. Click on password reset. You’ll receive an e-mail with your username and can set a new password to start a new login attempt.

cos: all you need to do is to upload a scanned copy of your not-for-profit status before the end of the public beta phase. please upload your proof here

cos: sure. just click on the “team” button, add a username or insert an email-address and click the “invite” button

cos: you can invite whomever you want to share a workspace with you. Just hit the “team” button, add the persons email adress and click the option “send invitation email”

cos: yes, you can – ivicos perfectly integrates into MS Teams, you just won’t need the video and chat funcationality which come along with ivicos

cos: yup, just mark the person you want to leave the workspace and hit the “remove selected” button.

cos: registration for ivicos is free and only take one minute. without registration you cannot invite others on your workspace.

cos:  ivicos is currently optimized for the following web browsers:

  • Google chrome (recommended)
  • Microsoft edge chromium
  • Firefox (minor limitations in case of video-conferencing)

cos: ivicos is an intelligent space and not just the attempt to copy whiteboard functionalities. ivicos provides unique features (we are the first offering real-time translation of deepL into a real-time collaboration space – as long as deepL and we know so far (04/2020).

yes, ivicos even supports your facilitation and helps you in creating a great-looking report of your workshop. we will add exiting facilitation features over time, so ivicos will support your faciliation better and better

cos: templates are a specific configuration of process steps, associated methods and tools. the purpose of a template is to support users with a structured way to for instance solve a problem or develop a new product idea.

cos: no need for a set up. just hit the “video” button and ask your colleagues to do the same, you can use that chat function to do so.

cos: just click on the connection, it will change it’s colour, then hit the delete buttton. done.

cos: just hit the “presentation” button. ivicos will create a generic presentation format file you can open in common presentation software (e.g. ppt, keynote). if you have a CI design just apply, otherwise use the design templates of your presentation software. Whatever you decide, it’ll look good 🙂

cos: as a small start-up company we can only afford to provide a limited amout of characters and languages to every user. if you would like to benefit from unlimited characters and languages we’ll be happy to facilitate this for you. See also our pricing table or contact us

cos: all your data are hosted on EU servers. for corporates we offer private cloud or on-premise installations. for further information please refer to our privacy policy. 

We are using Jitsi to establish video conferences between ivicos users. Jitsi is in line with European Data protection regulation which Zoom isn’t.
