Talking URLs

The feature allows users to customize visitor invitation links, making them more human and less technical. This customization helps align the link with the company's identity and clearly communicates the invitation's purpose.

Users can set the last part of the link, such as "/visitorentrance," and enhance the overall user experience, fostering trust. The example link format is provided as: https://ivicos-campus.app/i/org-name/yourname. To access this feature, users can navigate to the "Invitations manager," create a new invitation, and modify the link appearance.

Virtual Video-Guide

ivCAMPUS introduces a Virtual Video Guide feature aimed at elevating collaborative presentations and learning experiences. The feature seamlessly integrates videos into collaboration rooms, fostering communication and engagement.

Users can employ multimedia presentations for various purposes such as product demonstrations, training, and interactive discussions. The user-friendly interface allows for easy playback control, enabling presenters to emphasize key points and facilitate interactive sessions.

The feature finds applications in onboarding support, citizen participation in decision-making, marketplaces for small and medium enterprises, and educational settings. It fosters a sense of community, encourages collaboration, and enhances presentation experiences, providing flexibility, accessibility, and security in a virtual environment.

Find Your Colleagues on ivCAMPUS

The new feature on ivCAMPUS allows users to send messages and invitations to colleagues across different areas. Users can use the "Search person" icon to find colleagues, type names for quick results, and send memos or room invitations directly.

Improved Video Interface

Among the features implemented in 2023, we also updated of our video call panel. In addition to general quality improvements, the panel on the right will allow for greater flexibility in displaying participants in a video call.

An Even More Attractive Visitor Reception

A new feature has been introduced, enabling Campus users to include a video within the visitor entrance, providing entertainment or information for guests waiting to be picked up.

This customization option can be accessed under Campus settings > Visitor entrance. What's even more impressive is the ability to personalize each invitation link with a different video. When creating a new invitation link, users can choose to use the default video or select a different one, adding a unique touch to each invitation.
